I can’t believe Ramadan is right around the corner! I’m working on slowly preparing for it. I guess in a subconscious effort to procrastinate and ignore the hard stuff (such as organizing my pantry which is begging for attention), I did one of the easier tasks – decorating.
I took out some time over March Break to put together this little fireplace vignette. Since the kids were home, I got them to “help” me cut the banner and hang it up. Doesn’t it look cute?
I have actually been meaning to update the fireplace decor for the longest time but can’t seem to come up with any arrangement that speaks to me. This is also a nice change from the usual sad look of my fireplace these days.
